Our seminars are conducted
across the country by co-hosting or contract. Co-hosting allows
an agency to customize a seminar to their specific needs and to have it presented at their preferred location. This will save
the agency travel and per diem costs.
agencies benefit by receiving several free tuition placements within the selected training program. Sponsoring agencies will
assist in the seminar promotion through telephone calls, and emails. In addition, you will be asked to provide a training
site and/or audiovisual support if needed.
About the Owner: Commander John L. Grimes is retired from Law Enforcement. Commander
Grimes holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy #174, and the Southern Police
Institute’s Command Officer School. He has over twenty years experience in law enforcement with many years also devoted
to management in the private business sector. He has taught seminars in FL, NV, GA, TX, LA, SC, ND, OK, MO, UT, MD,VA, NY and
PA, and to over 2000 law enforcement agencies officers and colleges. He is published in the Utah Peace Officers Association
Magazine I have taught for the US Air Marshals, US Border Patrol, US Marshals, HIDTA, and Massachusetts Detention.
